I'm Kenneth Hedman, a mostly normal human born in the northern wilderness of Sweden. I grew up in a small village in the middle of the forests of Norrbotten called Vitberget, so by now you might have guessed where my domain name originated from.

At an early age I took interest in computers and such, grew up to be a programmer. On the way I also managed to be a bus driver, test car driver, cleaner and other non-techy jobs.

Smarter every day - I strive to better myself, be smarter, to grow as a human in general.

I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy it - I strive to think outside the box, not to limit myself by what othes think or what society deems normal. (I'm not a criminal 😏).

One big interest of mine is programming, the main "focus" is Clojure which I got into when I started working at EVRY. This site is written in Clojure and Clojurescript. At work I do mostly Rust backend and embedded stuff at Firefly.

Closely related to programming I also like to tinker with electronics, build small gizmos to make my life easier and/or more fun.

Bicycling is a big part of my life. I bike to work every day, exceptions for days when the snow removal departments havn't done their work - I'm not that fond of carrying bikes. When the wheather isn't terrible I like to explore new areas and test how strong my legs are getting. Got a wicked big nasty scar on my left shoulder too, from breaking my collarbone... twice.
